Because of a concern for human beings, our president Mr. Frank Huang set up APEXCARE in 1989 and then ELITEX in 1992, in Chia Yi County, Taiwan, to produce medical, rehabilitation, long-term care and home care equipment. In 2000, the two companies combined and moved to our current headquarters- located in Tou Chiao industrial area on the 3rd industrial road, In November 2009, we purchased a new factory at the same industrial area on 2nd industrial road. We have also built up 2 additional subsidiary factories nearby, making our total space grow to more than 50,000 square metres. These increases greatly re-enforced our capacity, not only in production but also our service.
